The treatment options were as follows:

• Extraction of weak upper teeth followed by implants.
• Extraction of weak and decayed lower teeth followed by implants.
• Saving and restoring upper and lower teeth followed by zirconia crowns.

After a careful discussion with the patient, a phase-wise treatment plan was finalized which best suited her needs:

Phase 1:

• Extraction of weak and decayed upper and lower teeth to replace them with strong implants.
• 4 implants in the upper jaw and 6 implants in the lower jaw were planned to replace the missing teeth.

Phase 2:

• Restore the remaining natural teeth which were compromised due to health reasons.
• Full mouth zirconia crowns and bridges on teeth and implants.
